Washes well in the dishwasher or by hand. They all fit inside each other for storage. You can seasoning the pans, let them soak while it is in storage. The bakers set is thick, heavy, holds food well, very deep, and makes your food taste especially good as well. My husband is the cook in our house, and we have used these non stop since we got them, and are awesome around the holidays. They store away nicely in the cupboard when not in use. These are also Microwave Safe, Freezer Safe, Oven Safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, great for marinating, or quick heating up food.
