Rada Cutlery sent me 2 collection of knife sets on their lines. These are sharp, cut well, handles well in the hands. They are pretty thin so when you sharpen them only do it a few times. They wash well in the dishwasher or by hand. The cut food like perfectly through with no issue at all. The peeler works will good, nice and sharp, watch your fingers. The other one that looks a bit weird, great for bread or cutting through turkey or poking to open holes to insert insides into meat. The cheese ball was quite interesting and made very yummy ball and we all scarfed it all down very quickly! The company sells a wide variety of products for purchase for your kitchen and to enjoy!
