Pressman Toys sent over quite a collection on their holiday toys collection. For starters I got the Elf on the Shelf Hide and Seek Game. This isn’t like the one the other one, you place for funny pictures. This one is plastic and sits on a blue box and makes songs. Hide it, let it play the songs and the kids run and try to find it. You can totally get creative and hide it in hard to find places. Kids love it, can’t wait to play with the whole family on thanksgiving. Very fun and addicting and has all sorts of fun functions. Made with plastic, needs batteries, has some cardboard pieces. Great quality toy and fun for toddlers and adults.
They also sent along the SKYLANDERS BLOCK AND BLAST GAME great for ages 5 years and up. You do need a lot of patience, knowledge, and skills to play this one. Neither my boys get the idea yet, but we love playing it as adults. One player is the Kaos and his Minions, trying to protect themselves. The other player uses a specially designed blaster that has different abilities based on the Skylander that’s being used. When the blaster knocks down a minion the blasting player scores a point. Knock out Kaos and score 10! All players take turns playing Kaos and Skylanders and the player with the highest score wins. Great game, easy to set up, fun to play. Do need some baggys to bag the pieces up, can re use the box but do need to replace the box in time. Very addicting is all I can saw and great for kids who love challenges while blasting and blocking.
This game Scooby-Doo! Mystery Mine Game is very fun took us about a hour to set it all up. The cardboard pieces really don’t stay in place and do move off the game itself a lot. My boys got a good idea how to play it and loved it. Then they just took the red square with the marble on it, and moved it down the ramp like a roller coaster. Then the kids got creative and starting using cars down it. It is a pretty small thin ramp down so you do need little pieces. Though its totally fun without the cardboard and fun just rolling objects down it. I even get carried away. Very fun game, plastic pieces are strong and stay in place, easy to set up and make the game going!
