Pillow Monster Books Review

About Them: Justin Drazin is an up and coming young author, who creates whimsical tales that are aimed at alleviating one of the most common fears in young children: fear of the dark. As a young child, Justin was crippled by this irrational, but substantial terror and created “Albert and the Amazing Pillow Monsters” as an aid for the millions of children that continue to suffer from nighttime trauma.

Pillow Monster Books sent me along this very creative book. My soon to be 6 year old loves books so this pretty much got taken right out my hands, he’s special needs and loves flipping through books and magazines. Both my boys get night terrors time to time, along with being afraid of the dark, so this book helps children who suffer from situations like these and able to explain in a way they understand as well. Our soon to be 4 year old is totally scared of the dark. This book full of fun art, colors, and ways how to push those fears away. Book is pretty short took us little under 30 minutes to read and now they read it to themselves at night in bed with the pictures. Great book and great to have around when dealing with nighttime issues.
