About Pearson Farm: On the lawn of the home of my great-grandparents, Lockie and Emma, stands a sign acknowledging the establishment of their home in Zenith, Georgia. A home then surrounded by peach orchards and pecan trees; a home and yard full of 12 children and the trappings of a 1900’s era farm. More than 130 years later, my son, Lawton, and I carry on that farming enterprise growing peaches and pecans on the same land. Farming has dramatically changed, but the core elements remain – good soil, hard work, honest dealings, family and faith – all critical to the survival and success of Pearson Farm.
I had the pleasure of receiving a Taste of Pecans Gift Box from Pearson Farm for review. This has four delicious flavors of Pecans in one box and makes a great gift or treat to bring home to the family this holiday season! The Taste of Pecan Gift Box I received had four 8 oz bags and included one of each of the following flavors: Southern Praline, Toasted and Salted, Cinnamon Roasted and Seasoned. These came in a nice looking gift box and I can not even describe how good they are! My kids and I love Pecans so these were a great treat and unfortunately didn’t last long! Each of the bags has a zip lock feature to keep them fresh which is nice. The seasoned ones almost taste like they are seasoned with a trail mix seasoning. The Cinnamon Roasted ones were my oldest daughters favorite and are sweet and delicious. My personal favorite was the Southern Praline Pecans. They were so good I didn’t even want to share them with my kids(I did but was hesitant). If you just prefer the Pecan flavor then the Roasted and Salted ones are perfect! They are salty but do not take away from the amazing Pecan taste! This gift box was so good and such a great assortment! They are so delicious and we just loved them! If you are looking for something special to bring to a family gathering or looking for a gift for someone then these are perfect for your holiday needs!
