They sent me mini water bottle, red bag, two MSM Formula, and Vitamin D Strength health pills. Of course like any medicine results may very person to person. The Vitamin D one is great for me, living in a state that only ever is sunny end July to end of September. While it rains 300 days a year. Pretty sure WA State is allergic to the sun. So we need as much Vitamin D as we can get. These are pills, 2 or more if you’re advised to. Has 120 inside so you get a few months with it. Takes a while but you can tell the difference after so long. Also great for many other health problems as well, great joint health.
