I had the pleasure of receiving Optimum Nutrition‘s new Protein Water for review. It is Whey Protein Isolate Infused Water. I received two of each flavor: Tropical Fruit Punch, Orange Freeze and Icy Blue Raspberry. They came in 16 oz bottles which are the perfect size to pack in a bag or take with you on the go. Each bottle gives you 20 grams of protein, 4.5 grams of BCAA’s and zero fat and sugar. The Icy Blue Raspberry is 90 calories per bottle and the other two flavors are only 80 calories per bottle! All the flavors taste great and are super refreshing. The Icy Blue Raspberry was my personal favorite. They are definitely best served chilled otherwise they almost have a powdery flavor to them when warm. These Protein Waters by Optimum Nutrition are a convenient and easy way to meet your daily protein goals. They are great anytime and anywhere. They are especially good for after workouts because they are formulated to deliver fast-acting protein to support your muscles recovery and hydration. I have been drinking them after my workouts and feel so refreshed after I am done drinking them! If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get your daily protein needs met these are a great way to do so!
