I raise Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Nutro Dog Food is one of food of choices for my dogs. I had never had the Nutro Wild Frontier Open Valley Recipe before so I was pretty excited when I received a 4 pound bag to have my dogs try out and review. It is natural dog food made with all non gmo ingredients which is my preference when it comes to the health and welfare of my fur kids. This one is made with high protein and is grain free so I decided to let my pregnant corgi try it since she can use the extra protein right now. She loves chicken and this is made with chicken as the number one ingredient so it really wasn’t a surprise to see she loved it! This food is designed to support a strong, lean body, satisfy your dogs hunger, and to provide steady energy for an active lifestyle. I can not attest to the strong lean body part as my dog is very pregnant so anything from lean, but it did give her more energy which she has been needing this last leg of her pregnancy and has definitely helped sustain her hunger. It is a nice high quality food and my dog really loves it and I really love that she loves it! We will definitely be ordering a couple bigger bags so all my corgis can eat it!
