My dogs had the opportunity to try Nutro Dog food for 30 days so we could review it and see all the benefits it offers. I own three Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s who are not at all picky on their food. I have been curious about Nutro and what benefits it would offer for my dogs skin, coat and overall health so I was excited to try it out. I received a bag of Nutro Adult Venison Meal & Sweet Potato Recipe and a case of Ultra Puppy Holistic Superfood Wet Food. The dry food is made with non-gmo ingredients and doesn’t contain any chicken, corn, wheat, soy, dairy protein or beef. Venison is the main ingredient. This food is supposed to nourish sensitive skin and improve the shine of their coats. So my initial thoughts on this food is excitement. My corgis are shedding their dull winter coats and I have been looking for something to help improve their coats and make them shiny. I love that it has good ingredients in it so just looking at the ingredients I am hoping it will help with their digestion too. One of my corgi’s is pregnant so it was recommended by my vet to supplement with puppy chow. This canned wet food has three proteins and is supposed to support a strong immune system, lean muscle mass and a healthy skin and coat. I am excited to see what this food combination does for my corgis this month and I am even more excited to share these changes with you!
