Nutrisystem has an awesome program for men and woman in mind. They even have a program for bloggers as well. A 3 month process to remove your weight goal. I cannot wait to get started for sure. I have been dying to get into this since I had two boys 4 & 6 and created such baby weight into my belly and thighs. This is ONE weight loss diet PROGRAM I am going to keep up with like I have with my blog. I want to be able to wear a 2 piece without looking like I am still pregnant!
Since I started this blog when my 4-year-old was 3 months old, when we moved into our new house then and new I would be house bound for the coming years without a job and knew it was time to head into the direction of something good for me and my family. About 4 years ago I created this blog. Then I still had my left over baby weight from baby #2 and I had a horrible pregnancy, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and couldn’t move the last 3 months, let alone I looked like I was carrying twins too. I never knew in my life my blog would ever make it this far ever, and I love every bit of it since, it’s a hard job, you sit a lot, eat front of computer, and so on. Though my 6-year-old is special needs I am on my feet a lot and have lost 40 pounds from 190 after I had my second, now I am on a goal to get to 120-130 before the kids came along.
I will be tracking my progress for the next 3 months July-September. You will be seeing weekly posts about my goals, what I ate, what I lost and pictures of progress. This will be exciting since it ends right before my 31st birthday I hope to be 130 by than!
This will be a fun experience for me, my family and the wonderful readers around me. I am a very shy, anti social gal, with PTSD. I have lots and lots of anxiety issues when I am in public and very insecure about my body, mostly my stomach and looks. Because of my very RARE genetic disorder that is ONLY found in like 7 people of the world, including me, my mom, and my oldest son. I have always had a very strong immune system and never weighed over 2o0 pounds in my life, I could eat a whole pizza as a teenager and would never see any weight gain one bit. Nowadays I can only touch like maybe 2 pieces, and I rarely even eat. I just have a small stomach I suppose, but if the house is full of food, of course I can never stop eating. When I am hot from summer, sad, depressed I never touch food. I only eat food when I am stressed or nervous about something ahead of me. Anyways enough about me. I hope you enjoy the follow along, and see my experience fun with me, and maybe try them out!
