This last week I had a lot of opportunities for failure and getting off track and for the most part I kept to it and stayed on track. My girls have birthdays on November 11th and again on November 16th and their party was on the 12th so there has been a ton of cake, ice cream, sweet treats, junk food and pizza this week. I have indulged a bit but kept to the program fairly well. I am down another 1.5 lbs this week so down to 218. I have had quite a few times that I could have said “Oh I will just eat what I want and start again tomorrow” and thrown in the towel for the day but I have not. This last week I lost my Great Uncle and this week we had birthdays and party so I could have easily gone off track but I triumphed and made it through those days with very little sways from the path. I am happy with where I am at and am looking forward to continuing onto week 9! I am coming up on my 10 pound weigh loss mark and getting pretty excited to reach that milestone. I obviously have a long ways to go but Nutrisystem is getting me on the right track!
