Week 7 started great. Weighed in at 219 pounds 8 oz so down another pound and a half. Going into this week has been crazy since both of my girls have birthdays coming up and finalizing their party and such has been a bit stressful. Luckily my room mate has been supporting me a lot through this entire process and really stepped up this week. I like to stress eat and she helped keep me on track this week. On top of planning parties, my great uncle passed away and another uncle was diagnosed with cancer. This week was an ideal week for me to slip off track but with the support of my room mate and family, I didn’t sway and kept on track! Even though this week has been crazy stressful and incredibly emotional, I stayed on track and lost weight. I am honestly really proud of myself because stress eating was a huge habit before and I didn’t fall back on old ways. My dad made a comment that I look as though I have lost weight so those help for self esteem and keeping me on track too! The food is delicious. So far their is only one meal I have not liked! With continued support from friends and family, this journey will be much easier!
