This coffee machine that is in the shape of a donut seriously has many fun features and pretty easy to use. When I took it out the box came with a 12 pack variety pack, and they sent us 2 boxes as well. You have to do a clean on it with hot and cold water before you use it. Then once thats done ten minutes later you can enjoy some nicely brewed hot coffee. The pods all have indicators on what size cup to use, which are good to mix with and which with the milk pods too. The machine is kinda tricky took me and my FIL like 30 minutes to figure out how to even use it, the instructions aren’t very clear and I heard others had the same issue as well, but once you get the hang of that 4 part process, it gets easier and your coffee will be tasting so delish. This is great for tall cups and mugs. However it only fits certain tall cups and mugs. Some we had wouldn’t even fit in that cubby, so we had to pour into our cup of choice. The water tank is pretty big, easily get 4 cups on a mug, and 3 cups on a tall cup. Although if you mix and match with 2 coffee pods and milk its less than that. I do wish the water chamber had a filter for the water, I know some people can taste water between the two, I don’t but my husband does. The black container you use in the beginning is great to hold the pods in, I usually throw them all into the pod holder or a bowl. It hold 12 easily. The pods aren’t cheap unless you know how to be frugal or shop well. You can get 12 for $30 and 24 for $40. At Costco they have a 100 pack for $50 and on amazon 24 pack for $30. So it’s all on how you shop. If you’re like me and drink more than 3 cups a day to get through those days, then you need to shop smart. There is also a YouTube video on how to make your own at home with your own coffee with some cutting and placing as well. The coffee machine is quick 5 minutes at most for simple coffee and about ten if you create a cups with more pods. The machine is pretty quiet and steams up real hot. It also has a hot or cold feature and cup feature depending your style from shot style to tall cup. There is a chamber at the bottom to catch any spills. You can also use the pods twice, and you get a bit more coffee and it doesn’t water it down at all, and your cup or mug is steaming hot.
