We did a smoothie with ours, there isn’t to much of a taste to it, but you surely can tell there is something other than your smoothie is in it. You only need a scoops worth, I did morning and night for a month straight. This is gluten-free, wheat, soy, artificial free, starch, corn and yeast. Drink this on an empty stomach, and then wait thirty minutes before eating. For every scoop needs 8 ozs, give or take. There is 6,600 MG of hydrolyzed super collagen. Great product for woman, that are starting to see aging begin on the face, neck, and hands. There is a good 2 months in this container depending on how often you use yours. I finished my a little over 2 months, in smoothies, blended up in the blender, was great with all berries flavored with ice.
