About Them and Contest: NECCO Sweethearts Conversation Hearts have been a childhood staple for nearly 150 years. This Valentine’s Day there will be a Sweethearts “Color Your Own” box and contest where kids could win a $1,000 savings bond and the opportunity to have their own personal saying appear on a Sweetheart for the 2016 Valentine’s Day season! The contest is open to three age groups (5-7, 8-10 and 11-12). Children color the Sweethearts box, and with the help of their parents, upload an image of the design submission to www.necco.com, where there will be a submission page when the time comes. The contest runs from January 1 through March 1, 2015.
Grand Prize (awarded to highest voted entry from each of the three age groups), $1000 Savings Bond Certificate, Opportunity to have your own personal saying appear on a Sweetheart for the 2015 Valentine’s Day season.
