I had the pleasure of receiving a bottle of Everclear to make some Mother’s Day cocktails for review and to include in our Mother’s Day Gift Guide. One of the recommended cocktails for Mother’s Day was the Pompelmoncello Rosemary Mojito. I am all about fruity or sweet mixed drinks so was eager to try this one out. It is made with Everclear Vodka, grapefruit, rum, and rosemary and is super delicious. It has a sweet flavor that keeps you coming back for more! This is not only extremely delicious but it is also refreshing. This Everclear is great for so many drinks but this one has quickly become one of my favorites! If your mom likes mixed drinks then treat her to this Pompelmoncello Rosemary Mojito this Mother’s Day! I am positive she will love it and it will become a drink she will want year after year! Pompelmoncello Rosemary Mojito
Ingredients:
· 1 oz. Pompelmocello (see below recipe)
· 1 oz. White rum
· ¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
· ½ oz. Simple syrup (see below recipe)
· 1 Rosemary sprig
· Club soda
Instructions:
· Combine Pompelmocello, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and rosemary in a shaker with ice.
· Shake vigorously.
· Fine strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
· Top off with club soda.
· Garnish with rosemary sprig.
