This is a great bowl for very hot or very cold foods. Keeps hot but doesn’t burn your hands when holding. The top twists off and the spoon will pop off to. Holds a good cup and half of liquid, give or take with what foods you have inside of it. I love how its a small portion bowl so you can get in a good healthy portion amount into body without over stuffing yourself. My husband took this to use when he is at work at Microsoft when he heats up his diet food in. So far loves it, and the pour part for drinking out your liquid. Great bowl and comes in 4 colors too.
