Mod Straps Review

Capture11mod. is a mother and daughter owned business created by Jeannie Cheatham and Amber Clay. An avid photo enthusiast, Amber was searching for a new camera strap. All she found were low quality straps in limited basic styles and colors. She set out to create her own strap cover using her existing strap as the base. Choosing stylish fabrics in vibrant colors and textures, she began sewing on her grandmother’s old sewing machine with Jeannie’s help. The idea for a business was taking form.

This cool camera strap is really nicely made strap for sure. This is my second time working with them and by far love their straps they are so comfortable and retro and fits everyone’s personality for sure. The quality is great, and holds your camera and even heavy lens well too. It’s also very fashionable, and when you are out in public you don’t get the whole camera judging cause they wont know. I have to admit that can be annoying which is why I always result to cool straps. I love how they have improved since my last one and added clips to them, so you know longer deal with taking it off and sliding it through the holes, you can simply just click off and snap on the other one! This one I love because it has the flowers on it, which attracts little baby eyes to you and that is helpful and I love pink and black. Also the cool cap savors was fun to try but needs some work for sure. I would rather slide the string through the side of my camera then on the lens. Only because I am a macro person and the is quite hard for me to do that. Just make string longer with a clip so you can snap off anytime and string through where the strap sits on the side. Then the pretty part has a sticky piece and you simply place. After a few times moving around it just stop sticking couldn’t handle the moving much. So I just added some of that rubber glue to it, and now it sits better!
