This kGaol is very small, squishy and slides in pretty good. Even with someone who suffers from a small cervix, and can’t use many kGoals this one seems to be working out for me. This is very easy to use and was easy to place, and take out. Everything runs through the APP on your iOS or Andriod. The APP has a journal like on it keeps everything for you in the palm of your hands. This is great to help you with orgasms, bladder control, core strength, pre & post pelvic help. This is a great device, works well, sits comfortably inside, very soft to squeeze, and was extremely fun using to try to beat my score every day.
