I take it with me to the gym and use it before and after my workouts and have felt so much more refreshed after using it verses before I began using it. It feels absolutely amazing and has helped relieve my back pain drastically. The size is perfect for at home use and it fits right inside my gym bag, making it great for taking with me to the gym as well.
