I received a Blu-Ray copy of MARS and a hardback copy of Mars: Our Future On The Red Planet, the companion book to the this television series on National Geographic for review. Mars is a pretty cool series that follow a crew of courageous astronauts to colonize Mars. This captivates what actual people that study space exploration are doing to make traveling to Mars a reality in our future. Mars comes with a 3 disk set that has a feature running time of 283 minutes total. It is full color and has amazing features. Some of these special features include Before Mars: A Prequel, Extra Episode: Making Mars, Behind the Scenes, Interviews with the cast and crew, Living on Mars Features, Getting to Mars Features and so much more! This is not only extremely interesting but loaded with fun facts! Did you know that due to difference in Gravity, you can jump three times higher than you can on Earth. Along with this MARS Blu-Ray and Book came some fun worksheets. It put you into character. If you were picked to colonize Mars, what 5 things would you take? What would be on your list?
