I am a huge fan of Lugz because they are comfortable and made to last. My dad has been working at a major hospital for 32 years building all their cabinets, rooms, remodels, etc and goes through a ton of work boots. More recently he has stopped forking out the money and has gotten cheaper ones and has actually been injured from wood and other debris falling on him. I knew that he needed to have a pair of Lugz Boots in his life. I knew they would last, provide comfort and protect his feet. I ended up getting him the new Lugz Drifter 6 ST and he could not be more happy with them! They are so incredibly nice! They work as a daily work boot and as a casual boot for around the house. The outsole is a non slip rubber that is thick and has awesome traction. The inside has a super nice flexastride memory foam insole that provides maximum comfort and support. This feature has been awesome for my dad because of the long hours he spends daily on his feet. He was suffering from really bad pain on the outside of his feet and on the heel and these boots provide so much support that the pain was almost instantly relieved when switching to these Lugz Drifter 6 ST boots. The outside is waterproof which is perfect because he goes from a shop to the hospital in rain, snow and shine. With the weather getting worse since it is fall now, these will be great for keeping his feet warm and dry. They also have steel toes that keeps his feet protected from all the wood and other things that he works around all day. The front has really nice heavy duty laces with metal eyelets and the overall appearance is really sleek and stylish. I really love them and my dad has been in heaven ever since he got them.
