Love by the 10th Date

About them: Gabby, Nell, Billie, and Margot balance their dating adventures alongside their career ambitions at an upscale digital magazine in Los Angeles, under the watchful eye of their editor, Maureen. Inspired by the magazine’s relationship advice column on how to find “the one,” the ladies navigate the ups and downs of modern dating, romance, exes, and friendships, and learn what they really want out of life and love. Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and Brandon T. Jackson also star.

I had been wanting to see Love by the 10th Date since I  first heard it was coming out so I was pretty excited to receive a DVD copy for review. It has a feature running time of 88 minutes and I really enjoyed it! A group of women who work for a magazine decide to use their love lives to make an advice column on how to find your one true love. These women include Billie, Margot, Nell and Gabby and it is filled with all the ups and downs of modern dating. It goes through romance, exes, friendships, counting dates and more. Each of these women start off basically just going off their column and what they think their readers want to read but each ends up ultimately searching for what they really, truly want in life…their one true love! This is a romantic comedy that really captures modern day dating and finding love and I just loved it. It has a great story line and the actors really brought it to life. Love by the 10th Date came out on DVD July 18th from Lionsgate and I definitely recommend it. It is a perfect addition to any chick flick movie collection. Order or pick up your copy today!
