Lee Kum Kee’s is a very famous company found all over in China, and other places. You can also find these in grocery stores all over the world to use in the comfort of your home. We have just about every sauce they offer in our fridge. Then they came out with this Sriracha Chili Ketchup. Its like regular ketchup with a little spice added to it. Its like the three best condiments into one bottle. My husband is a huge sriracha fan more than I am. But he loved this bottle and used it good portion of it into a dish we cooked in the crock pot, a teriyaki style food. It actually turned out great and with the mixture of seasonings and this sauce, it turned out really good. The flavor of this ketchup is pretty good, with a kick to it. If you are into cooking with experiments than this bottle will make very awesome foods, even the kids like what we made with this bottle.
