I have been breastfeeding my son exclusively for 6 months and needed to start pumping and storing breast milk for my first weekend away from him. Not knowing how much he actually got while nursing, it was super important for me to be able to pump enough for him for 3 days. I tried a couple pumps but this Lansinoh Smartpump was much more effective and much nicer in the long run. I received it for review and could not be happier with it! It came with the pump motor, 4 bottle bases, 2 bottle stands, 4 lids for the bottles, 2 different sized flanges, the tubing, the power adaptor, two nipples, rings and lids for the bottles, a carrying case to keep it all stored, a cooler with an ice pack and 4 white connectors, instructions and 2 connector pieces that go from the tubing to the flanges. This pump can be synced via bluetooth to the Lansinoh Baby App to track your pumping sessions and babies activities such as diapers, nursing, growth, and much more. You can view and track history which is nice and convenient if you need to relay info to your pediatrician and you can even get encouragement and outside resources. This app makes pumping and keeping track of everything simple. The pump itself is absolutely wonderful! It is comfortable while you are using it and has different modes to encourage the babies natural suckling. It has 8 levels of suction from low to high and is super easy to clean and sanitize. You can use batteries or the included AC power adapter and can pump either one or both sides at the same time. I love this pump. It has helped me get ready for my trip and first time away from my little one. Because it mimics the babies suckling patterns I have quicker let downs and am able to get more than I did with my other pump. If you are looking for a good pump, this Lansinoh Smartpump might be the right one for you!
