About Them: Michal is one of those fascinating women in history who had the guts to stand up to the establishment and the courage to take her punishment. I knew there was more to her story than the surface presentation in the Bible. If God was so adamant about men remaining with the wife of their youth (Proverbs 5:18-19) and not mistreating their covenant wife (Malachi 2:14), then why did it seem as if David got away with his burgeoning harem.
This is a great book for woman who are scared to stand up Michal’s Window (A Novel: King David’s First Wife). This book is pretty big book, also depending which way you end up going. This book made great awards in many area’s. This was a very addicting, gripping and grabbing love story. I mean it was pretty intense and made you open up to other countries how they live there life. This is a biblical fiction book so if you’re not into these kinds of books then it will throw you off. This book was based way back in the war days in the BC era so you kinda learn a thing or two. Its quite interesting how life was back then and how they shared love to one another. This book I would rate maybe R or higher I mean it is really in detail. Kinda like sex books but with this one you are thrown way back into the bible years. Great book and if you’re into those kinds of books this is right up your alley.
