Now with Kinetic Sand they can bring their sand inside, to shape and create and it’s all mess-free! Kinetic Sand is 98% sand and 2% magic, where the ‘magic’ a bonding agent that causes the sand to stick only to itself in a soft clump. This sand-in-motion flows and shapes just like wet sand, but leaves surfaces completely dry and mess-free. When pressure is applied to Kinetic Sand, it keeps its shape allowing for all kinds of sculpting and molding.Kinectic Sand has been a pretty popular brand since it game out a year or so ago. They sell tons of variety of colors, glitters, molds, sets and more, all for great prices online or in stores.12196163_10207888887483233_8304641720424730268_n

This set was so much fun setting up and playing. Each box set game with three colors, few molds, and a cool background theme inside the box to fold out and make. The volcano one was such a huge hit. Watching the kinect explode like lava and all. They sell a few sets these are just two we got, plus some extra sand. The ones that come in the box are pretty small, like a handful in each. The molds are easy to use, and very fun. The kids always pull these out when play date time comes for them!12313674_10208063561129965_314396945580545331_n

For sometime now I was thinking they need to make a water version, since kids seem to think the above one or any period needs water, and kinect sand does not do WELL when water is added to it, you’re just throwing away money. When we had my friend living our house, her daughter seemed to think it was okay to ruin $100’s of dollars of our kinect sand with water, we were not happy, per usual her mom didn’t care. So now we are re building up again, and so happy to add this awesome WATER kinectic sand to the pile. The sand isn’t the same feeling of the other sand at all, its way more rubber like feeling, and very stretchy. Came with some molds you had to connect together to make the mammals and such. When done just remove water and store away for next play time.
