It took me a while to finally open this package and start using it. You do need instructions for it, but they make you go online to search for the video, I think personally they should just include it on the card it comes with. Not everyone has access to net at all times. The product is pretty easy to figure out, took me like 30 minutes to get all my keys attached to it, and organized. The one thing I don’t like, is that you can’t remove a key from it, so when I go to our mailbox, which is a group one for the neighborhood, I have to turn my car off to get my mail, and turn it back on to drive down the private road to my house. If I walk instead of using my car, it works perfectly. I love mine, I use it all the time. Fit my house, 2 mailbox keys, and my car keys perfectly, and still able to add a accessories dangle on it. Comes with extra metal rings for adding in more keys.
