Love baking as mush as I do? Judith Fertig made a book called Bake Happy of all her fun and fancy baking treats. She also sells a ton other fun books to follow recipes from as well.
Bake Happy has over 100 playful desserts ready for you to bake. Tons of rainbow layers, hidden fillings, frosting’s and more. The recipes are very easy to follow, detailed well, step by steps, with the cake and frosting. The book is huge and very heavy, enough recipes to last you a year to make. The images are very well detailed making the final product look good. Of course like any baking, it takes a few tries until you get that pinterest look of your cake or more. She has tons of different ways you can make frosting other than using powdered sugar. This is a great book for beginners or master bakers.
