About Them: Itty Wigs silly strands novelty headband was originated when my first grandbaby was just four months old. I had a hair-brained idea that I could create a Lil Rascals themed video featuring Koda Mae in various skits. She was a little school girl, an artist, a floral delivery girl and operator of a lemonade stand in this black and white short video complete with a darling old tyme audio track. In each batch of pictures she had a different “hair” style to go along with the character. My daughter and son-in-law came home from work each day not knowing what to expect.
Itty Wigs is a very different and unique kind of headband. When I got mine it so reminded me of those cabbage patch dolls from the 80’s early 90’s the hair they used was designed much like the ones here. The bands are like any ole head bands, and the taken to the next step by adding some silly hair to it. The quality of the whole hair band is perfect and made well. I mean I tugged and tugged on some the bows and hair and it just stayed right there. Yes its a bid odd-looking at first but after a while you are like, this is so adorable. They have such a variety, from sticking up pigtail ones, to ones that hang down and acts as long hair. I can’t stop staring at these, they are just way to adorable, I mean wow, I have never seen this idea anywhere and in fact this adorable. All the material is perfect and put in so well, you or even your baby/toddler can’t pull them out. She even does Itty Wig pigtail in a wide variety of headband and bow colors for spring. You can get almost any color to go with that special outfit.
