The Aluminum Caldero with Orange Silicone Rim & Glass Lid is great for cooking rice, beans, braise meat, and simmer stews and soups. With the depth pot you can make quite the dinner and more. The great non stick pan, with great layers of coating, it’ll take years to scratch it up, not that you should. Does great in the dishwasher or by hand. The lid handles high heat well. the knob on top you don’t need a mitten to take off from high heat hold. Great caldero love the color they offer others too. You can make some really nice meals in it, and eat it for days!
