My kids and I are just coming off two full weeks of being sick. The first week it was just the common cold but come the second week the flu hit us all and hard. It was hard on me taking care of three sick kids when I myself, couldn’t stay out of the bathroom. It was horrendous and not anything I would wish on my worst enemy. There were times I was so dehydrated that I could feel my energy levels at an all time low. When I was approached about reviewing Hydralyte I was pretty excited because I was willing to try anything to feel better. I received an assortment of Hydralyte products to try out and could not have been more pleased. I received three 8.5 fl oz bottles of Oral Electrolyte Solution in three different flavors. These flavors included Orange, Lemonade and Berry Flavor. They are great for kids and adults of all ages and it helps to rapidly restore fluid and electrolytes to prevent and relieve dehydration from vomiting, diarrhea and heavy sweating from fevers and such. I thought they tasted pretty good and so did my kids. They were easier to keep down than juice, water or soda too and we all felt much more hydrated after drinking some. We also received some Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets and I honestly didn’t think a tablet would work to restore hydration but they do and they taste great! These came in tubes with 20 tablets in each. They came in Berry and Orange flavor and you take two tablets and dissolve them in 7 fl oz of water then drink it. All of these Hydralyte products are great. They work and could not have come at a better time. I enjoyed the flavors and my kids did too. With flu season upon us I highly suggest having a stock of Hydralyte in your home!
