Hallu Collections

About them: Looking for an enchanted escape? Then say “hello” to HALLU®, a new bath and body line offering a mythical place in time where escapism is reality. With its debut on Feb. 28, HALLU introduces four new collections — Unicorn, Mermaid, Fairy and Gnome — each with its own unique fragrance and personality. New to Walmart, the four playful collections feature five must-have pieces including large, floating bath bombs, body scrubs, scrub & body butter bars, body mists and unique body lotions.

I love bath and body products and have a tendency to get any and all new ones that come out. I also am very much into fairy tale creatures and whimsical stuff. When I heard of the new Four New Fantastical & Whimsical Collections Hallu brought to Walmart I knew I had to try them out! I ended up getting two of the four collections. The four collections are Mermaid, Unicorn, Fairy and Gnome and I received Unicorn and Gnome to review and to include in our Mother’s Day Gift Guide. These collections not only look awesome, but they smell amazing too. The Unicorn Collection came with an 8 oz container of Rainbow Sugar Scrub, a 6 fl oz bottle of Unicorn Foam Lotion, a 6 fl oz spray bottle of Unicorn Beach Body Mist and a Unicorn Bath Bomb. The Rainbow Sugar Scrubs come in an assortment of colors and all smell amazing. They are made with honey, coconut and rose hip oil and meant to help exfoliate and purify your skin. I have never used a foaming lotion before but this Unicorn Foam Lotion is freaking amazing and a little goes a long ways. It foams and lathers without leaving a nasty greasy residue and makes your skin soft. It has vitamin e in it and almost makes your skin have a healthier glow to it. My kids love the Body Mist because it came in a bottle the shape of a unicorn horn and it glitters. It goes on and not only makes you smell good, but gives you a bit of glitter t1o make you shimmer. The Unicorn Bath Bomb was great too. It dissolved in fun colors and smelled divine. We love bath bombs and use them regularly so it was a full tub with me and my kids so we could all enjoy it! I will definitely be getting more so I can enjoy them all to myself. The Gnome Collection came with a Gnome Bath Bomb, a 7 oz container of Foaming Dry Scrub, a 6 fl oz bottle of Green Tea Wanderlust Body Mist, and a 3.7 oz Scrub & Butter Body Bar. This collection has more of an earthy scent to it and would almost be good for men and women, aside from the body mist. The Foaming Dry Scrub is made with coffee, charcoal, volcanic pumice and molasses. When you add this to your damn skin it begins to foam and it helps to remove the old dead skin, allowing the new skin to emerge. It helps hydrate and nourish your skin which is great. The Bath Bomb was just like the Unicorn Bath Bomb only had different scents and colors. It too was extremely refreshing. The Green Tea Wanderlust Body Mist was my favorite of this collection. The body mist smells great and it came in a super cute tree stump shaped bottle that I just adore! Finally we come to the Green Tea Wanderlust Scrub & Butter Body Bar. I can not use bar soaps so I gave this to my roomie and he just loved it! It is made with coffee and cocoa butter and helps to exfoliate and moisturize your skin. My room mate loves it and has already purchased another for when his is gone. These are both excellent collections and I can’t wait to try the Mermaid and Fairy collections as well. These would be great for your own personal use at home and a great Mother’s Day Gift for that special woman in your life this Mother’s Day! You can check out a youtube video of the bath bombs here.

Disclosure: I received these products for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
