My kids and I had the pleasure of receiving a DVD copy of Guardians of Oz for review. It is rated PG and has a feature running time of 88 minutes. This animated movie is about the Wicked Witch Eviline trying to steal back her broom that holds all her magical powers from Ozzy, a flying monkey. Meanwhile Ozzy joins Gabby, a sorceress, and tries to find the Lion, Scarecrow and Tin Woodman to lift the spell that Eviline has cast upon them. My girls just loved this movie and have watched it over and over again. It was definitely a fun twist on the Wizard of Oz. My kids were laughing through the whole movie! They loved the movie and they loved the special features as well. They included Behind the Scenes of Guardians of Oz, Mini Bonus Episodes and the Trailer Gallery. This is a fun and entertaining family film and I highly recommend it for your little ones. The characters are fun and the entire movie is both entertaining and charming. It comes out on DVD, Digital HD and On Demand January 24th so order your copy today!
