In the mood for some interesting muffins than these are right up your alley. They taste pretty good. Kids and husband seem to enjoy them. It does quite throw you off with the whole sugar muffins with the taste of veggies. They are super easy to make, pop in the microwave or oven and your good to go. The chocolate ones were the big hitters. Rest have been getting eaten up slowly. These are great for on the go, pre heat them and save them for snacks when your on long drive days. They are soft, crumbly, flavorful and pretty healthy for you, ingredient wise. They taste great with jam or syrup on top as well. Be sure to find these in your store near you, great for kids, mine didn’t know the difference!
