This iX500 scanner costs $495.99 on the website. This is just a scanner you simply hook it up to your computer (Windows or Mac, and Android/iOS) or any device you use more frequently. The scanner weighs a lot, though it does fold up all nicely for storing away, or when not in use. Does have a digital screen on it, that displays everything important that you need to know. Also comes with software for your computer so you can do it straight from there via Bluetooth and once it is done, it will send the complete scan document right to your computer. It can scan in color, and black/white. You can place up to 50 documents at a time and will scan them all. Comes with 600 DPI optical resolution, 3 USB options, built-in GI microprocessor, ultrasonic multi-feed detection, intelligent and customization Quick Menu, long document support up to 34 inches, automatic paper size detection, automatic color detection, automatic cropping, blank page deletion and de-skew, and scan to: Evernote, Dropbox, SugarSync, Google Docs, and Salesforce. All in all love this scanner, you can scan receipts, full-sized paper, anything and all that would needed to be scanned, and with the Bluetooth capable you can do it remotely from anywhere in your home if you’re scanning a ton of papers. This would do great all year-long, to help with tax time, and scans it all to file in a folder on desktop to be able to read at anytime you need to. The quality of the scanning is perfect, the durability of the scanner is wonderful as well, wont take up much room at all on your desk.
