As you can see these oils are amazing for so many natural remedies. I like to make my own cleaners and these are great for that. I also make my own roll on mixes with some of these oils along with a carrier oil for headaches and my chronic sinus infections and these help relieve those symptoms. My daughter has asthma so I put them in her diffuser at night so she has an easier time breathing and get to sleep easier. My other daughter doesn’t like to sleep so I diffuse lavender in her diffuser nightly and it has helped tremendously. You can make rollers to roll onto your skin or cleaners for your hard surfaces and your laundry. You can make your own air fresheners. I love to add them to my vacuum filter as I vacuum. I also love to make bath bombs and body scrubs and these are great in them! Essential oils are essential in my homes daily life and this Sample Six collection is perfect for all this and more! If you are looking for a good starter set or looking to add to your already established collection, then these are the ones for you! These are a great quality oil at an amazing price!

Disclosure: I received these products for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.

Comment Below:

  • Kari, I did a lot of research when it came to Krista’s asthma. This is one of the most helpful links with the oils I use most and how to use them. Keep in mind, if you have allergies to certain scents or to certain things that the oils are from then do not use them. It took a lot of trial and error to get the right blend for krista but she has not had any asthma attacks since I started diffusing oils in her room. -Steph
