My hair is picky and hates curling irons, as it never holds the curl, so I just suffer, until I came across some curling wands, it has changed my life. Not only does it hold, it lasts to the next day. It does take longer than a curling iron does, and you need a lot of hairspray but it is so worth it in the end. Takes me about a hour and half if the kids don’t bother me. Its super easy to do. Glove on one hand and the wand in the other hand. Lasts well, in all weather rain or shine, wind or gusts. I just love my wands, I will never go back. Plus side they have all kinds of sizes so you can make all sorts of curls. My hair is thick and curly. But not the easy to tame curls, so I always wear my hair up. But I use the wand on date night, events, parties, anything I can dress up and look pretty. Husband doesn’t favor the little curls as much as I do, so I end up using the 1 or 1 1/2 inch, when I use the 1/2 inch most the time. The one above is the 1 inch. You can also mix and match as well. The wands have temperature gauges, but I always end up hitting the button all the time. This is me before I lost the 20 pounds but I love my wand and wish I could use it all the time.
