February Releases from Mill Creek Entertainment

About: Mill Creek Entertainment is the industry’s leading provider of value-priced DVD and Blu-ray features and compilations. Our television, movie, kids and special interest compilations have reset the bar for consumer value and gained massive adoption by traditional and non-traditional retailers alike. Our product line includes contemporary and classic films and television series, documentary series and popular kids programming, as well as independent films, Latino cinema, early learning and fitness.  We also produce original content and license the majority of our owned content for digital distribution and VOD.

I love that a lot of the older movies and tv series are being put on Blu-Ray and DVD so we can enjoy them now. Mill Creek Entertainment has done an exceptional job of doing this and I was pretty excited to receive a couple of these releases for February to watch and review. Benji was always a favorite of mine and I received a Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital copy which made me super happy. This is the original classic but restored in High Definition and has special features. Benji has a feature running time of 1 hour and 26 minutes. Benji is a dog that witnessed something and without being able to speak, must communicate what he has seen to the humans. He must be persistent and in doing so wins the hearts of everyone. The special features include Commentary with Joe and Brandon Camp, the Original Theatrical Trailer, a Photo Gallery and a Behind the Scenes look at The Phenomenon of Benji and Benji at Work. Benji has always been a great movie and now that it has been restored it is just that much better! I also received a DVD and Digital copy of The Kids in the Hall: The Complete Collection. This includes all five seasons and tons of special features. It is a 12 disk set! The Kids in the Hall are Canadian comics that made this sketch comedy and its just wonderful. It includes over 800 sketches, the Original HBO Pilot, Audio and Video Commentary on Select Episodes, An Oral History, Interviews with the Kids and Lorne Michaels, Sketch Listings, Trivia, Q & A with the Kids, Archival Footage Never Seen on TV, Original Performances form the Rivoli Theatre, Deleted and Extended Scenes, Bloopers and a Photo and Poster Gallery. If you enjoyed them before or you have never before seen them then this is a set you need to get for your movie collection! These are both great and I am so happy Mill Creek Entertainment released them this month!

Disclosure: I received these products for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
