I had the pleasure of receiving a couple of Farberware products to review. The first I was able to try out was the Farberware Forged Edgekeeper Chef Knife with Self-Sharpening Sleeve. This is a really nice 8 inch long knife and has been perfect for chopping veggies, fruits and so much more! I do a lot of cooking and am always using knives. This one is great because the sleeve sharpens the blade with each use! I never have to worry about the blade being sharp enough! It is stainless steel so wont rust which is another must! It is sharp and works exceptionally well!
The next was the Farberware Spiraletti. I honestly can not even tell you my excitement levels when this arrived! I have always wanted a Spiralizer to make spaghetti out of veggies and just make life easier. I have used a couple handheld ones but they just did not work very well. This one is perfect and everything I could have wanted! It is super easy to use. You just put your veggies in and crank it. It sticks to your counter so you don’t have to worry about it sliding around. It also has 3 blades that include a Ribbon Cut Blade, a Thick Spiral Blade and a Thin Spiral Blade. These slide right in and out of the side of the Spiraletti and keeps them all in one convenient easy to use place. I LOVE this and it has made food prep so much faster! I used it all the time and could not imagine life without it now! I highly recommend both of these Farberware products!
