These knives are amazing. They cut really good, they come really sharpened and don’t need to be for a long time. They’re dishwasher safe and won’t dull the knives one bit. We have used them all over and over, washed them a bunch of times, and are still sharp from the day we got them. The knives are a cool gray/black color to them, so they will stand out with all your other knives. That Japanese Steel is amazing stuff. These knives cut through steak like its paper! These are great knives and anyone who loves cooking will love these knives and cost under $100 bucks!
