Out of all the vacuums I have received for product review or had bought, I will admit this is my favorite one by far. We have thick carpet, and a lot of times vacuums cannot reach the bottom of the floor to the foam. This one sucks so well, that it can reach to the bottom and get dirt that other vacuums we own cannot get to. I was really surprised to see the dirt because our Dyson can’t even get the dirt. It is a bit heavy and requires strong arms to push it around, but could be our thick soft carpet. This has so many functions on it. You can choose the floor setting, turn the spinning roll on and off, no-Tangle Brushroll removes tangles from the brush roll with the touch of a button, extra-large dust cup, enhanced cyclonic action, and also scatter proof Crumb Cleaner. Also comes with multiple heads, long pole for cleaning stairs, or floor boards. I do love the button for retracting the cord back into the vacuum when not in use. The vacuum’s suction is so strong and works wonderfully on hard floors, tile, carpet, rugs. The see through canister that is very large, comes off easy, and on easy all by the touch of a button. There are so many buttons of this vacuum that it makes sure you put the correct setting on to get the most out of this awesome vacuum. I do love how it heats up our carpet after its done in that area. When you’re done vacuuming in that area, makes it look like your carpet is brand new. Love this vacuum, and works so well!
