About Them: 80 years ago, Chet Enstrom started perfecting the art of almond toffee. By 1960 his almond toffee had begun to develop a reputation, and at the urging of family and friends, Chet and his wife Vernie founded Enstrom Candies in Grand Junction, Colorado. Now their granddaughter Jamee and her husband Doug Simons are at the helm, the thrid generation of candy craftsmen.

With Mothers Day and Fathers Day coming up soon. This company has a wide variety of treats to treat that special someone in your life. This toffee is like no other toffee I have tried in my life. Like most toffee’s they are hard and sticky to the teeth and are hard to eat sometimes. This company however is NOT like those ones at all. This toffee is soft, chewy, easy on the teeth, and filled with so much goodness. This is candy you can leave out on the counter and enjoy for a week or two, but in our house maybe 3 days if we are lucky. It has 2 layers so you get to enjoy it for a while. It breaks off very easily and just simply melts in your mouth. After trying this toffee I will never go back to the others ever again. This is toffee almonds you can enjoy, I love the powdered part they sprinkle on top it feels weird in the mouth, but oh boy its very delicious by all means. This would make a great present for anyone special in your life. My husband got his today and took it to guy night for all the guys to enjoy. I know they will be going home all ten of them and talking to their g/f’s and wives about it!
