They sent me a hula hoop, yoga bar, and some accessories to test out. The hula hoop can be adjusted to bigger or one less bar which is nice. It’s pretty big, but with the comfort around each loop makes it comfortable when spinning around on you. This is made for adults and not kids, as my 6 year old learned. I can use it pretty good, and can keep it going. With the padding when it drops it gives it durability when it falls on hard grounds, it also has some accessories inside the box. The roll bar great for certain yoga poses, popping your back, and also has a bar and rope inside for other yoga poses. Then the scarf and headband for when you get sweaty or need to hold back your hot mess of your hair when doing yoga or Pilates. Everything here is wonderful quality, durable, and sell for a great price, and will last you for years.
