This ceramic pan thats 9×9 pan and makes 4 servings easily. Works great in all kinds of ovens, and really high temperatures to. The pan weighs a good amount, even with food in it. You can wash this by hand or in a dishwasher. This is all heat protected and won’t shatter or crack.
