About them: The YUCATECO SALSAS Y CONDIMENTOS, a company created in 1968 by Mr. Priamo J. Gamboa, started out as a small family business devoted to the production of homemade habanero pepper sauces. Nowadays it is a world-renowned company, pioneer in producing and exporting fiery habanero pepper sauces, as well as a variety of traditional Mexican products to the U.S., Europe, Asia and Oceania. In addition, we have a modern manufacturing facility and our own Habanero and Annatto fields, which are our main raw materials.
I had the pleasure of receiving three different El Yucateco Hot Sauces for review. The first was a 5 fl oz bottle of Chipotle Hot Sauce, a 4 fl oz bottle of Green Chili Habanero Hot Sauce and a 4 fl oz bottle of Red Chili Habanero Hot Sauce. The Chipotle Hot Sauce has a tangy sweet smokey flavor. It is super good for barbecuing. I used it on chicken and it was super yummy! The Green Chili Habanero Hot Sauce. I really can not describe the flavor. It is more mild than the Red Chili Habanero Hot Sauce. They both have a great fresh flavor to them and are great for meats, salads and pretty much anything else if you like hot sauce! These are all three good and you can find them at your local grocery stores. They add great flavor to your foods! These would be perfect for your 4th of July gathering, your summer barbecues and are also great for your everyday use! My personal favorite is the Chipotle Hot Sauce for Barbecues and my kids really like the more mild Green Chili Habanero Hot Sauce! If you are looking for a little something extra for your food, give these Elyucateco Hot Sauces a try!
