This vegan cheesecake was different, something new we all tried in the house. Its pretty good, very rich and you need some milk. It has a powdered coco on top of it. The cake came nice and cold to us, even though it took a long time to get here. The cake was nice and fresh tasting, and the knife slid right through the cake. This cake had a good, 10-12 pieces in the cake. We stored it in the ziploc baggy. This cheesecake sure was different, something new to try for sure. We couldn’t finish the cake in time of the lasting amount. This cake is just so rich, it is very good for being vegan and you will love it too, its free of everything that makes it vegan.
