This product does have a strong smell, so be sure to turn on the fans when using your kids don’t inhale the chemicals. This is very easy to use, just spray and wait, you can wipe down or just leave it on. I noticed if you wipe it off, the mold or mildew will come right off. The can is pretty big, so you will get your whole house done, and still have some left over. Product works great, wiped the mold right off the tiles in the bathroom, underneath the tiles. This is also great to use as a odor smell remover, when you smell the mold heading into the house.
