Previously I have the V6 Animal, and now have the V6 Absolute which I actually like way more better for a ton of reasons. Few reasons why, more heads for different floor types, the max power mode which provides you with 6 minutes of better suction VS it staying on, until it kills the vacuum. They also improved the dumping part, so it no longer sticks and have to pry it open. These are just a few simple features I like that was added to the newer cordless vacuum. Pretty much everything else is the same.

With the multiple head tools, you’re able to explore a whole new world of cleaning. I know I am for one, that has better suction, and as I get older bending over is just not my thing anymore, to help the vacuum suck up stuff from the wall creases. This vacuum I am able to ride with the wall and vacuum up anything that falls between there with no problem, and with the 6 minutes max mode, I can turn it on at the end of vacuuming and grab everything between wall and carpet. Our carpet is black, very soft, and thick, so crumbs easily fall to the carpet pad, and get lost. So far with this vacuum I haven’t had one issue since. Depending which outlet I use, I get different charging speeds., normal outlet I get 4 hours of charging or with the add-on outlet piece, I get a good 2 hours and its fully charged. Then the vacuum will last me about two weeks. Between the stairs, living room, den, hallway, and all 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.

All in all I love this vacuum and its my go to, over my bigger heavier, non cordless vacuum, that doesn’t have all the nice features this vacuum does. Seriously love the cordless part of the V6 family of vacuums. This vacuum only weighs a little over 5 pounds, stores away nicely with the wall piece that will hold some tools, and your vacuum. The suction on the vacuum is awesome, I have yet clogged it since I got it. I only need to dump the canister once per fully charge, which comes in handy, when it dies the canister needs a dumping, and we have a ton of carpet space in our 2200 sq house. All three heads click together nicely, and all do something different, one for carpet, hardwood floors, and what I like to call the lint catcher. This vacuum is very durable, handles well in my 6-year-old hands, been dropped a ton, and still works like new. The quality is awesome, and everything is super easy to keep clean, which I do every month. I like how the head at the bottom swirls, giving you like a full 360 turn radius, so no need re positioning it.

V6 Animal & V6 Absolute

There is one major improvement I have noticed over the battery head area, when you run the Animal for way to long the head starts to get really hot, with the Absolute the extra purple extender gives it more air, so no more over heating. These are my Dyson Light Sabers, I never go anywhere without them. As you can see between the purple animal, and the red absolute you can tell what new improvements have been added. The dirt catch-all at the top, the blue thin piece that slides out, with the absolute I have yet had the issue of it falling out on me, which I like because that thing is seriously easy to lose, though I never see anything in or on it, but you do need it in, if you want the full suction to work with vacuuming. So if you’re in the looks for a new vacuum be sure to check out the cordless Dyson’s out. The absolute sells for $599.99 on their site, though they are having a $150 off sale, and you can find these vacuums in stores for cheaper or same prices.
