The program includes a headset fitted with a unique transducer technology, which clinicians reported as having a noticeable calming effect on children with stress and anxiety. iLs developed the Dreampad as a means of bringing that auditory technology, in the form of a pad, to those children.
I had the pleasure of receiving a Dreampad for review. I received a Dreampad Firm Support Down Alternative Pillow and honestly did not know what to think when I first got it. It was dense but had a nice soft support to it which is just what I need for my neck issues. It is a great support for your head, shoulders and neck and super comfortable all night long. It is approximately 20 inches by 28 inches long so fits into any standard pillow case but it does come with a really nice one with a dragonfly on it. It is hypoallergenic, 100% poly fill, has a 100% cotton shell and is embedded with Intrasound Technology. To use it you download the free Dreampad Sleep App onto your smart device. There you can set the volume, timer and pick your music that you want to listen to. Next simply connect the adapter to your smart device and to the Dreampad pillow and you are good to go! All of the song selections are designed to promote relaxation and sleep which is nice. I have insomnia and ever since I started using this pillow I have actually been sleeping at night a lot better. I like that you can not hear the music until you lay your head on the pillow. I co-sleep with my son and he wakes up to the slightest noise and has not from this once. This pillow has been amazing for relaxation. I really love the classical music and the ocean sounds. This is great for those who need help relaxing at night. I love how easy the app is to use and manage and how you can set a timer. This would make a great gift to your mom or loved one this Mother’s Day!
